PROLIFT

The ProLift low-exotherm product line is comprised of dual-component systems
formulated for a variety of geotechnical applications, such as void filling, pipe
abandonment, trench breakers, and cavity filling. Each batch goes through stringent testing and quality assurance standards to ensure reliability in the field.

This low-exotherm urethane is designed for:

ProLift is two-component poly-urethane with a slower reactivity for injection, impingement mixing machines or hand mixing applications. Our mix has a lower viscosity and higher density, allowing for a stable and predicable expansion for lifts and pours.

ProLift 2.0

ProLift 2.0 is a two-component, HFC-245fa blown, all PMDI-based, pour-in -place urethane foam system designed for concrete jacking and cavity filling in wet environments. ProLift-2.0 has low component viscosities making the system suitable for mechanical mix machines, high pressure (over 600 psi) impingement mixing machines or hand mixing.

ProLift 2.5

ProLift 2.5 is a two component, water blown, all PMDI based low density pour polyurethane foam system designed for concrete jacking and leveling, soil stabilization and void filling. ProLift-2.5 is dispensed using 1/1 by volume ratio equipment. It is available in multiple speeds for various seasons, climates and applications.

ProLift 3.5

ProLift 3.5 system is a hydrophobic/hydro-insensitive, plural component polymeric MDI based polymer system designed for concrete lifting/leveling, joint matching, void filling and concrete undersealing in wet environments. This System has been specially formulated for exceptional flow or spread under concrete road or slab section(s) when water is present.

ProLift 3.5DI

ProLift 3.5 DI system is a hydrophobic/hydro-insensitive, plural component, polymeric MDI based polymer system designed for ground stabilization with exceptional flow or spread in wet environments and specific formulation for deep soil injection application when soil conditions dictate.

ProLift Ditch Break

ProLift Ditch Break – CAN is a two-component, HFO blown, low-density, low exotherm polyurethane system designed for void fill or trench-break applications. Ditch Break – CAN has been formulated to process at 2.0-2.2 PCF, depending on lift thickness, without scorching or splitting.

Safety Information

ProLift requires personal protective equipment (PPE) while being handled. As a two part polyurethane chemical mixture, proper precautions must be taken, refer to the ProLift Safety Data Sheets for more detailed information and safety requirements.

Excessive polyurethane foam lift thickness will result in high internal temperatures within the injected foam. This can result in degraded foam properties, or in extreme cases, spontaneous combustion. Single lift thickness should be limited to a maximum of 6 inches, allowing at least 15 minutes before an additional lift
