PLATINUM LINERS
Platinum Liners are polyurea based elastomer, and made of two components, an isocyanate (A-component) and a specially formulated resin (B-component). The sprayed mixture of the two creates a polymerization that results in a flexible, water-proof, and impact-resistant coating. Each batch goes through stringent testing and quality assurance standards to ensure reliability in the field.

Platinum Liners | HD
Platinum Liners HD is a 100% solids polyurethane-urea hybrid, aromatic coating designed to be an elastomeric protective coating for all substrates, providing excellent chemical abrasion resistance. Platinum Liners HD can be
sprayed through a dual cartridge spray system or low pressure spray equipment.
Platinum Liners | HD Plus
PlatinumLiners HD Plus is a fast setting, rapid curing, 100% solids, flexible, aromatic, two component spray polyurea that can be applied to suitably prepared concrete and metal surfaces. Its extremely fast gel time makes it suitable for applications down to -20°F. It may be applied in single or multiple applications without appreciable sagging and is relatively insensitive to moisture and temperature allowing application in most temperatures. Platinum Liners HD Plus offers a tack free time of less than sixty seconds and exhibits 450% elongation upon curing with 50 Shore D hardness.
Platinum Liners | HD Plus PW
Platinum Liners HD Plus PW is ANSI/NSF 61 approved for direct contact with potable water. It is a fast setting, rapid curing, 100% solids, flexible, aromatic, two component, spray polyurea that can be applied to suitably prepared concrete and metal surfaces. Its extremely fast gel time makes it suitable for applications down to -20°F (-28.89°C). It may be applied in single or multiple applications without appreciable sagging and is relatively insensitive to moisture and temperature allowing application in most temperatures. Platinum Liners HD Plus PW offers a tack free time of less than forty-five seconds and exhibits 400% elongation upon curing with 50 Shore D hardness.
Platinum Liners | Aliphatic
Platinum Liners Aliphatic is a fast setting, rapid curing, 100% solids, flexible, aliphatic, two component spray polyurea with excellent color retention, that can be applied to suitably prepared interior or exterior concrete and metal surfaces. Its extremely fast gel time makes it suitable for applications down to -20°F. It may be applied in single or multiple applications without appreciable sagging and is relatively insensitive to moisture and temperature allowing application in most temperatures. Platinum Liners Aliphatic offers a tack free time of less than two minutes and exhibits 220% elongation upon curing with 50 Shore D hardness.
Platinum Liners | Theming
Platinum Liners Theming is a two-component, one hundred percent solids, sprayable Polyurethane/Polyurea elastomeric Hybrid coating. This product provides a monolithic membrane that exhibits excellent resistance to water, chemicals, and abrasion. This FR version is self-extinguishing and is designed for use as a spray coating over SPF, Styrofoam, and properly prepared metals, concrete, wood, and other substrates.
